Our Notifications Service provider is experiencing issues at this time.

Kyber users may experience missing E-mail notifications for Review Assignment, Letter Approvals, and User Invitations.

Kyber is currently investigating an issue regarding AI Letter Templates and Letter Generation. At this time, AI Letters may not be generated as expected.

We are working on getting this fixed as soon as possible.

The issues were resolved over and all systems are running without issue.
