One of our service providers is currently experiencing elevated packet loss between a number of regions. Users may see degraded network performance when connecting to or from their machines.
They are working with their networking providers to restore normal operation. We are seeing an improvement in packet loss in most regions, though users may see intermittent loss at this time. BOM (Mumbai), CDG (Paris), NRT (Tokyo), SIN (Singapore) are still seeing higher rates of packet loss. Users may see degraded networking performance connecting to or from machines in those regions.
