Previous incidents

An Internal Services Provider (Cloudflare) responsible for hosting the Kyber Application is currently experiencing unscheduled downtime.

We are working to resolve this with them as quickly as possible.

Kyber is still experiencing issues in regards to Lag Time between pages, and between In-App Actions.

We’re working with our Upstream Server Provider to resolve this, as an outage on their end is the root cause.

We are noticing that Kyber is taking longer than expected to Load certain pages and take certain actions within the application itself.

We are investigating this currently.

There is no ETA of Resolution at this time.

We are continuing to see a current outage which is affecting AI Template usability directly, and other features in the product.

We believe to have found the root cause of the problem, and are working to remedy as soon as possible.

A Third Party Service Provider responsible for handling API Calls is currently experiencing an outage.

Claims System Calls will be non-functional at this time. Sending a letter utilizing a send workflow that has a Claim System Integration, or otherwise, may also be degraded at this time.

Snapsheet - Kyber Users are noticing degraded performance of Kyber when typing in a claim number and having data auto-populate into the system.

We are investigating this currently.

Our Notifications Service provider is experiencing issues at this time.

Kyber users may experience missing E-mail notifications for Review Assignment, Letter Approvals, and User Invitations.
